As a teenager, I often focused on the negatives in life.
The problem was that all my negative thoughts made me increasingly negative, and I focused more and more on problems and sickness.
The flip side of focusing on the negative is simply believing that you received healing when you asked for it and having faith that it would manifest at the right time. I should have been repeating, ”Thank you for my healing!” and focusing on the positive because positive thoughts, words, and emotions attract more of the positive.
Did you know when you believe a negative thought, you unconsciously put on a pair of negative glasses and filter information through them? Your subconscious tries to prove your beliefs to be true. In other words, if you believe your boss dislikes you, your brain will look for info that proves your negative theory is correct.
On the other hand, if you go through life with a positive mindset and a pair of positive glasses, these glasses will look for knowledge and experiences to prove your positive beliefs are true. Then what you find is positive. Our brains want to demonstrate our preconceived ideas are correct.
I’m suggesting that healing/positive thinking is a lot like ‘Quantum Entanglement.’
Einstein noticed an effect in quantum physics that he dubbed ‘Spooky action at distance.’ Today we know that ‘Quantum Entanglement’ is real, although we don’t fully understand how it works.
If two particles come together and become bound or entangled, one particle must be in state A and the other in state B. They can’t both be in the same state, which the Pauli exclusion principle explains.
The exciting thing is that if you change the state of the first particle from A to B, then the second particle will automatically adjust, so they are never in the same state! It doesn’t matter if the particles are on opposite sides of the universe!
It’s as if these particles have mind-reading capabilities or magically send information faster than light speed! Which is mind-blowing!
It’s this principle that can radically change how we perceive healing/positive thinking. You change something in you, and it automatically changes something out there. If you change your mindset from negative to positive and believe you are healed or believe something positive, you changed your particle from A to B, and the other particle has no choice but to change from B to A and start manifesting!
Like things attract like.
I know when I wake up on the wrong side of the bed, things tend to get worse all day. Maybe the kids miss the bus, I forgot to get out snacks, clothes for Physical Education Class are in the wash, and everything snowballs downhill from there. I have to drive everyone to school, I am late to work, and my bad attitude and negative mindset continue as I spiral downward all day! I continue to attract negative experiences when I am in this negative state.
Like tends to attract like! If you have a good attitude toward others they will feel positive toward you. If you give off a vibe that you don’t like someone then they will feel that and probably reciprocate!
Like attracts like, and you chose what you want to attract!
Changing my attitude towards people I dislike changed how I relate to them, and when I began to relate positively, I started to get positive back!
Don’t forget the Golden rule, ‘Do unto others as you want them to do unto you!’ There is a reason we teach our kids this and it’s because like attracts like!
Getting out of a negative thinking Rut!
I was seriously negative during the corona virus years. I cried most days and felt really down and out. After over a year of thinking negatively it finally dawned on me that I needed to break the negative spiral I was in.
To change my mindset I began to pick one positive thought when I woke up every morning. My goal was when I caught myself thinking negatively I could return to my positive thought.
This is a way to strengthen positive thinking muscles so you can gradually see more and more things in your life to be thankful for, and that in turn attracts more wonderful experiences to you that you can be thankful for!
