Sugarless Apple Crisp

Preparation Time: 15 minutesCooking Time: 30 minutes

A quick and easy sugarless dessert

Cut, peel, and slice enough apples to cover the bottom of 9 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle the apples with cinnamon. 

Mix butter, oatmeal, and birch sugar (or another sugar substitute) in a separate bowl. The mixture should be on the dry side. Add more oatmeal if needed. 

Approximately 6 big apples

1 cup birch sugar or other sugar substitute

2 cups oatmeal

1 cup melted butter
