The Eklöv Family

My husband and I have three kids, our oldest is seventeen and our youngest is nine. I am originally from the USA but now live in Sweden. We live on a farm from the 1700s with two cats Sam and Rosie. We enjoy skiing, snowboarding, swimming, and board games with our kids.

When my son showed me decluttering helped his ADHD. I figured if it helped in his room what would happen if we got our whole house under control?

I write about minimalism and family life with diagnoses. We'd like to give your family a head start by sharing our best tips. Hopefully, our struggles with ADHD, ADD, and dyslexia can make your struggles easier.
